The model you will see is composed of the same CAD files that are used in our Holbeck Urban Village model executable which can be seen in the video clip. To demonstrate the ability to show before and after or 'what if?' scenarios, we have added a second model in which one of the buildings has been replaced with a CAD model of a proposed office block. You can view these models independently of each other as well linking between them by clicking on the building in question (you can tell which building by the tool-tip that appears when the mouse cursor is hovering over it).

Instead of being rendered using a games technology based visualisation tool, the model is hosted online and streamed down to the connecting browser, where it is then rendered using an ActiveX control. This allows the model to be accessed from anywhere around the world at anytime provided you have a reasonably fast internet connection.
