Interactive Models Online

Navigate through a selection of 3D interactive photo-realistic and architecturally accurate digital models of towns and streetscapes.

Position: National Business Development Executive (Ireland)

Location: Home-based anywhere in the country, reporting periodically to Westport Head Office.
Reporting: MD
Package: OTE: €60,000+
Basic: €30,000 plus commission based on achieving sales targets
Negotiable, dependant upon age and experience.
Training: A full induction course will be provided to the successful candidate.
Role Specification:
The Company is now expanding and requires a Business Development Executive to:
  • Sell the innovative state-of-the-art services and products of AMT3D limited
  • Develop existing sales opportunities within the 32 counties - targets including architects, developers, town, city & county councils
  • Achieve periodic revenue and profit targets
  • Prepare quotations and detailed proposals in response to customer requirements
  • Devise sales strategies and plans to achieve ambitious and targeted growth
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to develop the company’s strategy and business plans
  • Identify and develop new business and revenue opportunities
  • Provide weekly sales progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience (at least 2 years) with a proven track record (experience within a relevant industry a distinct advantage)
  • IT literate
  • Must be able to seek out and find new business opportunities and close as appropriate
  • Successful candidate will understand the importance of meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with business expectations. They will have the ability to create, implement and execute on commercial engagements and produce accurate forecasting reports
  • Must have desire and capacity to learn quickly; a resourceful, enthusiastic, highly motivated and energetic self starter – with charm
  • Success in this role will require a professional and highly organised approach, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, business acumen and relationship building
  • Candidates should have good commercial awareness and customer understanding along with an aptitude for working as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence, Car owner (mileage and business expenses paid)
