An ActiveX control is required to facilitate access to the model and must be enabled within your Internet Security Settings.

How to check your Internet Security Settings:

• Go to Start Menu
• Right click on the Internet Icon
• Left click on Properties tab
• Select the Security Tab
• Left click on Custom level
• If necessary adjust this to the Medium-High default setting
• Scroll down (about 1/3rd of the way) and ensure that all ‘signed’ Active X controls are enabled
• Hit OK
• Now select the Privacy tab
• This should be set at medium
• Turn off the pop-up blocker
• Now ensure that you hit the Apply button
• Wait a few seconds and then select OK
